The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment is sold as is. Visible wear may be present from previous use. Carrying cases show normal handling marks.
