Each tonometer is a handheld medical device designed to measure intraocular pressure using rebound technology and comes with a carrying case. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received.
